About the space.

The Annex is a freshly renovated, modern studio apartment, which has its own private entrance

​

It is fully electric and contains a double bed, underfloor heating, en-suite shower room with toiletries, washer/dryer, iron, fully equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle, combination oven/ microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, utensils, kitchenware, quality linen and a hairdryer. In addition to fast WIFI and a Smart TV (including Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.), there is also free off-road parking and CCTV.

Perfect for working in or visiting Wolverhampton  and close to the city centre and public transport. The train station and Metro tram to Birmingham are just a short hop away by bus/car/taxi.

The i54 industrial park and Collins aerospace factories are easily accessible by public transport, making this an ideal location for visiting workers or students.

​

There are a good number of pubs, restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets and convenience stores within a short walking distance.

​

The annex can accommodate up to 3 guests  ( 2 adults and one child) with an additional single size fold-out bed

​

Please note that the double-bed is a raised bed with storage underneath. Access on/off the bed is by 2 steps at either end of the bed, as per photographs, There are also foot- support steps built into the bed that can be used to get up/down.

​

This space is non-smoking and  cannot accommodate pets.

​

We ask all guests to please leave the accommodation in the condition in which it was found upon arrival.If an excessive amount of rubbish and dirty washing up is left, then charges will be deducted from the security deposit accordingly.

Discounts are available for long term stays.
